Vines: Grenache and Mourvèdre.
Pruning Method: no synthetic treatment used.
Biodynamic principles ensure health of vin and soil.
Soils: Produced from "Le Moulin" area on a clay-silty soil, the wine is "bled" and fermented in a stainless steel tank.
Winemaking
Amazing rosé wine produced by bleeding in Inox Tank.
Wine characteristics
Strawberry notes, this wine is ideal to be enjoyed with grilled seafood, a summer salad or tender lamb. Serve slightly chilled (14°C).
